A tasty cheddar with a wonderful lingering flavour, incredibly satiating. Barambah produces cheddar from its own milk at certain times of the year, when there is an abundance of supply. This is mostly during the Spring and Summer months. The cheddar is labelled as Dumaresq River Cheddar, where one of our dairy farms is located.
At other times of the year, Barambah sources certified organic cheddar from other organic dairies, if there is a shortfall in supply. At the moment, Barambah is sourcing additional certified organic cheddar from NZ. This cheddar is labelled as "Clean and Green Hectares"
